A very different edition

The midsummer night most awaited by wine lovers this year returns with exclusive tastings of Rosso and Nobile di Montepulciano wines in suggestive locations of the village.
It will be a very different edition of Calici di Stelle in Montepulciano from the one we were used to. The symbolic places of the event, including Piazza Grande and the headquarters of the districts of Bravìo delle Botti, for this year will leave their place to other suggestive locations in Montepulciano, where the application of anti-covid19 safety rules can be guaranteed.
In each location there will be wine and food tasting together with the producers, who will tell about their food and wine excellences and production philosophies. The serving service will be lead to the professionalism of the FISAR sommeliers and the musical accompaniment to the Masters of the Istituto di Musica di Montepulciano Hans Werner Henze.
There will be ebike wine tours and guided walks in the historic center to discover Montepulciano and its Nobile wine.
The event, promoted by the Cities of Wine, is organized locally by the Strada del Vino Nobile di Montepulciano and Sapori della Valdichiana Senese with the contribution and collaboration of the Municipality of Montepulciano.
SOME ATTENTIONS:
- the administration of drinks and food will take place in compliance with the current anti-Covid19 regulations.
- all tastings and tours are on reservation.
- entry with a mask is mandatory, disinfect your hands at the entrance and keep a safe distance from others in each location designated for tasting.
